Sacramento Real Estate Update
The graph below shows the real estate trends for Sacramento County over the last year. November 2023 had 1,232 single family homes for sale, 787 units listed in November and 633 single family homes sold in November in Sacramento County. Single Family homes sold was down 23.2% compared to August 2023, and down 19% compared to November 2022.
The bottom graph shows the average sold price in Sacramento County for November 2023 at 562k, while the average for sale price was 721k, compared to a year ago, November 2022 had an average sold price of 552k and an average for sale price of 662k.
