Sacramento Real Estate Update
The graph below shows the real estate trends for single family homes in Sacramento County over the last year. December 2023 had 950 single family homes for sale, 479 new listings in December and 644 single family homes sold in December in Sacramento County. The number of Single Family homes sold in Sacramento County was down 20.7% compared to December 2022, and down 5% compared to November 2023.
The average sold price in Sacramento County for single family homes in December 2023 was 561k, while the average for sale price was 726k, compared to a year ago, December 2022 had an average sold price of 532k and an average for sale price of 667k.
