We live in a society where the majority of home buyers start their search online. Therefore, it's very important that you work with a tech savvy Realtor when listing your home. I use several different websites and online resources when representing a client. Your home will receive tremendous online exposure, maximizing the audience viewing your property which will hopefully help to sell your home faster and for a price that will please you. I also have a great working relationship with several other agents, whom I market my listings with to increase exposure.

Availability and Communication

Selling a home is a very important process, one in which a reliable and available Realtor is key. One complaint I often hear is that the agent someone worked with in the past wasn't consistently available for them, or the agent didn't work evenings or weekends. That's one problem you will never have with me, as I'm available 7 days a week. I am dedicated to all of my clients and I try my hardest to make sure the job gets done to their satisfaction.

Selling Tips and Preparation

As your agent, I will walk through the property and give you tips and advice on how we can get your house ready for viewings. A lot of buyers love a turn key home, but not all of my clients have the money to make recommended updates and repairs. There are several other inexpensive or no cost routes to take to prepare your home. I will be here to guide you and give you ideas to increase interest from potential buyers.
